These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales made through the official HIKMAcouture website. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these T&Cs.

These T&Cs define the terms and conditions governing the sale of haute couture creations offered by HIKMAcouture on www.hikmacouture.com.

The haute couture products and services are exclusively intended for private customers and cannot be purchased for resale purposes.

• The creations offered on the website are made using high-quality materials and reflect the artisanal expertise of HIKMAcouture.

• Due to the artisanal and exclusive nature of the products, slight variations may occur between items. These variations are an integral part of the uniqueness and authenticity of HIKMAcouture’s creations.

• Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, HIKMAcouture will inform the customer as soon as possible and propose a solution (refund or equivalent product).

• Certain items can be made to order or customized (size, color, adjustments). Such personalized or made-to-measure items are unique and tailored to the customer’s specifications.

• Production times vary depending on the complexity of the creation and will be specified at the time of the order.

• Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included) applicable at the time of the order.

• Prices do not include shipping costs or potential customs duties, which will be detailed during the order process.

• Due to the rarity of materials or changes in production costs, HIKMAcouture reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

• Order Process :

  1. Selection of the desired creation.

  2. Validation of the cart.

  3. Entry of personal information (contact details, delivery).

  4. Acceptance of the present T&Cs.

  5. Secure payment.

• An order is considered final upon full payment. HIKMAcouture reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant or suspicious order.

• Accepted payment methods include :

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
    
    

  • PayPal.

• All payments are processed through a secure platform (PAYPAL).

• No product will be produced or shipped until full payment has been validated.

• Delivery Terms :

  • Creations are shipped in exclusive and secure packaging.

  • Deliveries are handled by specialized carriers, ensuring traceability and requiring a signature upon receipt.

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

• Delivery Times :

  • For ready-to-ship creations : delivery within 2 to 8 business days.

  • For made-to-measure or customized creations : delivery times include production time (estimated between 4 and 6 weeks).

• In case of delays, HIKMAcouture will inform the customer and propose a solution.

• Right of Withdrawal : In accordance with applicable laws, customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to customized or made-to-measure creations.

• Return Conditions :

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with accessories, certificates, and packaging.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of non-compliance or defects.

  • Personalized or made-to-measure products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

• After receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

• Creations come with a legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects.

• Each item is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity confirming its origin and craftsmanship by HIKMAcouture.

All content on the website (photographs, descriptions, designs, logos) is the exclusive property of HIKMAcouture.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will be prioritized. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the Paris Commercial Court.
